Rental Assistance

In partnership with the EOAC and the City of Waco, a new Rental Assistance Program provides assistance with rent and mortgage payments to help families who have been affected by COVID-19, due to job loss and reduction in income.

To avoid an eviction and foreclosure, the program assists the families with up to three months of payments not to exceed $2,400.

The EOAC is  taking applications by appointments only.
Citizens may schedule appointments by visiting the EOAC website.
